Our practice is in a quiet location near the centre of Petersfield. Plenty of parking is available in front of the clinic. Petersfield is directly between Chichester, Winchester, Portsmouth and Guildford* (25 minutes from each*), and just one hour on the train from London Waterloo.

We are just a five minute walk from the Petersfield Station (on the Portsmouth to London Waterloo mainline) - two trains an hour.
Our nearest airports are:
Southampton - 45 mins
Heathrow - 65 mins (take to A3 see map below)
Gatwick - 75 mins

Quality of care, responsibilities and confidentiality.
This clinic aims to provide innovative treatment within the framework of professional observation and guidance. Rather than relying upon the standard treatment options we design a combination of treatments to provide optimum conditions for enhancement of visual skills. To provide this service requires detailed assessment and frequent monitoring of progress. We will at times remind you of your responsibilities in this process, but if you are unable to attend at the recommended frequency please do advise us so that we can consider alternative approaches.
We are registered with the following organisations which set minimum standards of clinical care and ethics:
NHS (East Hampshire PCT), The General Optical Council, The College of Optometrists, The British Association of Behavioural Optometrists, Faculty of Neuro-Optometry.
Complaints Procedures.
Your feedback is valuable for us to continue improving our understanding of patient needs and our communication skills. If you have any concerns about our service please do inform us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. For patient safety we have a complaints procedure, a copy of which is available at reception and on our website owenleigh.com.
Data Protection.
Please note that we keep contact information, appointments and clinical reports on our database. We take the usual precautions for the security of this information. We will not speak (or send information) to any third person without the prior consent of the patient (or a child's parent). If you have signed a consent form, it will be valid for a period of two years (5yrs for an adult).
